مما لا شك فيه ان لكل موقع برامجه وتصاميمه التي ينفرد بها في عالم الشبكه العنكبوتيه بمنظورها الخاص ,بعيد كل البعد عن التقليد أو الانتهاك لحقوق الاخرين , فالبرمجه الخاصه أو التصميم لايحق لأي شخص الحصول عليه طالما أن االحقوق الملكيه والفكريه ليس بمجهود لحظي وانما نال فترات طويله حتى يكون الناتج في المنظور العام والمرئي . 
فلقد تعرض موقع عاصفة التقنية لانتهاك حقوقها الخاصه على فترات ليست بقصيره فليس لدينا الرغبه ان نصل الى مستوى الداعي والمدعي من خلال جهات الاختصاص الا في حاله واحده ان اصبح الامر يسئ لنا دون اهتمام او ادراك فنضطر للتعامل مع المشكله مثل مرتكبها , لذا وجب التنبيه :
1- يحق عاصفة التقنية المحافظه على حقوقها في البرمجه والتصميم الموضوعه تحت احد نطاقاتها ولايسمح بتداولها او نشرها او اقتباسها .

أعمال عاصفة التقنية   المجانيه :
مجموعة عاصفة التقنية العربيه بكافة نطاقاتها وانشطتها التجاريه والمجانيه قائمه على تقديم خدمات مجانيه للاخرين  إبتغاء وجه الله تعالى سواء تصميم أو برمجيات . وعند الاعلان عنه فليس مطالب اي شخص باخذ الاذن من الاعمال المجانيه لتركيبها في موقعه ولكن :
1- عند الرغبه في تركيب التصميم أو البرمجه ويرغب في تطوير أحدهما فلا يحق لأي شخص إزالة الحقوق الخاصه بنا .
2- عند الرغبه في تركيب التصميم أو البرمجه من دون تعديل أو تطوير فلا يحق لأي شخص إزلة الحقوق الخاصه بنا.
